Management is fair, friendly & knowledgeable. This is a small company giving it more of a family feel. They understand that collections and loan servicing can be stressful & are always there to listen if a member of their staff has concerns whether job related or personal. Training is ongoing to keep you sharp on not just your skills but the law. The hours are a dream compared to other collection agencies (Mon - Fri 8-5). Good vacation/sick time. Good bonus & incentive programs. Good health & dental insurance. They have an interesting range of accounts from coast to coast giving you the opportunity to learn laws across the country. I really enjoy the opportunity to help people across the country. Collections/loan servicing has its rough days but those opportunities to help someone get out from under a bill that has been haunting them are quite rewarding.

This is a fast-paced industry where laws & regulations are constantly changing. If you don't like or can't keep up with change this may not be the job for you. Again, it is a small company so if the system is down or something else catastrophic occurs that keeps you from working you will not be able to stay on the clock & may be asked to come in on Saturday to get hours in.
