If your passionate about working hard, and the fast paced agency life, then Parters is for you. I came to Partners from another agency and it didn’t take long to realize they are the real deal. Some of these places just seem all ‘fun’ but when it comes down to it, don’t take the business seriously. That’s not P+N - they care about keeping employees happy but know when its time to get down to business. The talent and genuine care for the work that goes into everything is undeniable. That said, this kind of environment isn’t for everyone, and there’s nothing wrong with that. It’s the difference between working a 9-5 job, and actually having a career you care about and invest more of your time in than probably anything else in your life. The Partners difference is that you’re working alongside others that give just as much or more than you do, and that makes it all worth it when you come out with work you can feel truly proud of at the end of the day.

No career comes without bumps, and there’s definitely an intensity that comes with working at a high caliber agency that cares enough to push it to the limit. That can be tough and draining at times, but in my experience thus far, leadership is always willing to listen and evolve to make things better.
