Extremeley poor management. What does this mean? Comission structure changing constantly, territories changing constantly, interaction with crm changing constantly. It’s an immature sales structure and not what it used to be. Many internal hires who are now managers are ill equipped and still work on playground tactics. If you are an AE with expereince this place is a downgrade. If you are an SDR at the beginnning of your career i’s recommend you give it a go. Office also is dreadful and probably least benefits from all companies i’ve worked at. Everyone is looking to leave apart from a few loyalists who have been promised the ipo dream.
