Maniacal focus on creating the highest quality and most thoughtfully designed mobile products. Lots of growth outside of the US which makes things interesting. Profits come last after People and Product.

Shift in culture from free-wheeling lack of priorities to more clarity and focus means it can feel a bit more "corporate" at times. Company is growing up which has its pros and cons.
