One challenge PathFactory faces is operating in a highly competitive and crowded MarTech space. Certainly not the worst place I've ever worked, but very much middle of the road for two reasons: (1) Product isn't innovative or relevant, as many companies incorporate content solutions within their platform (2) Execs are not focused on the best interest of their employees. "They have lost some exceptional talent but never look back to improve or learn." I'd skip this stop. There are too many companies out there doing interesting things.
