Good hours but average pay and staffing issues - Recensione dipendente - Pathologist presso PathGroup

I have a great manager and supervisor. They are kind and caring. They treat us like family. Pathgroup seriously cares about giving great patient care and respect. They treat their employees the same. Work hard for them and they will work hard for you.

They expect you to show up for work and give a fair days work for a fair days pay. I don't really have any cons!

The people there are nice. I made strong connections with the other employees and learned a lot from some of the nicer doctors.

Lack of management, guidelines, defense, boundaries. The pay is not worth it. Insurance is not good. Mold in the ATL building. Doctors treat you as if you are their slaves and will say nasty things to you if you mess even the tiniest thing up. Everything with them is ASAP even if we deemed the request was answerable on our end.
