Really small company, and employees are nice and mostly capable people.

Employees: Those who are there for a long time, are there for a reason. They can't go somewhere else. Management: Micro managing company. They will not accept life outside of work. Working hours are officially 9 per day, but you are expected to stay over time all the time. Software: So much room to improve, but they'll shut down any idea you have. Salary: Will fit someone looking to get in. Pay is low, sick leave is basic, vacations and other social rights as well. No sign in bonus. Private company, so no stocks unless you are there for 10 years at least. Interview: You'll be interviewed by a lot of people. You'll be promised everything you want to hear, you'll be told they have other candidates. All will be lies. Ask about the team you're joining, ask about their time in the company, ask about other teams, ask to talk with one of your future teammates- without the hiring manager. You'll learn a lot...

If you are someone who enjoys a challenge, have strong technical skills and are passionate about learning new things then you will love working here. Compensation is competitive while not having to travel to Seattle and contrary to another reviewer the company is very accommodating of your personal life. I saw a review by an employee who recently left and felt obligated to post a review in response. The reviewer states that "those who have been there for a long time are there because they cannot go anywhere else". This is hogwash. The long term employees are here because they are competent employees who embraced the challenge and enjoy working there and would thrive and be an asset to any company. There is a strong family atmosphere and hard work and dedication do not go unnoticed. How seriously am I supposed to take a review from someone who says "other social rights"? What "rights" are these? In today's millennial world I guess everything is a right. Their review is a testament to why they were not successful at their position. If incompetent employees are upset at the company because they are dismissed for not being able to perform their job duties this is not a negative but a necessity and a sign of strong leadership driving to build a cohesive team of people. Some people will only thrive when they can hide in a crowd and shop for someone else to do their jobs for them. Every one knows the type. They are toxic to a work environment. I would encourage any smart, hard working people looking to be part of a team of a growing company where you will make a difference to apply here.

Working for a small company is not for everyone. The culture is different and if you are not okay with the exposure that goes with it then it will not be the job for you.
