Bullied horribly - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Patheon

I was bullied horribly by my line manager. He was supported by his boss and between them they found perverse pleasure in trying to break my confidence always with the caveat "I don't mean to knock your confidence but....." Bullying me became a sport to them. Neither of them was emotionally intelligent and one would not accuse my line manager's boss of being intelligent at all. Given he didn't actually have a job for 18 months before he got offered a directorship at Patheon, I imagine they recruited him out of desperation. That said he quite openly slates his predecessors and I suppose that is just insecurity. The only positive I take from the experience i that handled it all with dignity and professionalism and that their attempts to break me were just evidence of their insecurities. I would steer clear - if they lose just one key contract the place will shut down as it almost did 18 months ago.
