The employees make up a very young, immature crowd. They get the work done, but everyone is constantly trying to one-up everyone else. Everyone talks smack about everyone else behind his/her back. I find the employees to be very critical, and sometimes heartless. It seems to be a bunch of kids straight out of college without any life experience.
