The firm culture has been by far the best part of working here, ensuring that we stick to the start-up roots and challenging the corporate status-quo.

As others have mentioned, the start-up nature of this firm relies heavily on its people and managing a good work-life balance can be tough at times. This generally varies by week and client you're working with but given how in-demand our work is, it can sometimes be difficult to manage.
