Has a member of the Pathway family for many years now, I can honestly say it just keeps getting better. They continue to strive for excellence and encourage growth opportunities for all. I work along side great team members who really enjoy what they do, but also have fun while they do it.

None that I can think of at this moment.

Pathway is the direct response arm of OMG. I love that it's a smaller agency within a larger organization. You have the closeness and intimacy of a small company but all the benefits and resources of a big one. Some pros: great company culture, team environment, friendly people, interesting work and fairly good work/life balance (it's media and client facing so long hours on some days isn't completely unexpectedness). There's a lot of training available for learning and development across a variety of topics. There’s opportunity to move within departments if it’s a good fit. Senior management is very approachable and seems interested in getting to know their employees. You also know that management makes an effort to make working here more fun by things like happy hour with food and drinks for holidays, office Santa gift exchange, birthday celebrations, etc.

It's tough to resist the bagels and cream cheese that's available every morning! But seriously, the layout of the “temporary” office space that we’ve been in for a few years is not great. It’s in the Daily News building by Grand Central so location is a plus but the layout is another story. Our office space is kind of long and narrow so we have to remember to leave a few minutes earlier to get to a meeting on the other side. Billing is another pain point. It’s complicated with all the different systems and only a few key people have the knowledge to figure out how clients and billing needs to be set up.
