Only their so-called small group instruction teachers and the SpEd teachers are actually doing any teaching. The so-called Independent Studies teachers, which are the bulk of the staff, are shuffling papers and are glorified case managers trying to coax more "units" out of their students. Their online curriculum is horrible. School year is year round. Teachers might get one week for summer break.
