      Working in this team, there hasn't been a day where I left as a more enlightened person than I was when I came to work both professionally and personally. I have been given the ability to build the kind of relationships I have valued in my career in a way I didn't even realize I needed. This has given me permission to just be who I am without apology but in the best ways.

      Holding yourself responsible for what you find meaningful is not an easy journey. This isn't a place where you can come in and half invest, it's not a clock in/clock out job. It's a self-aware journey that is constantly changing.

      They have a professional development program that is really interesting. I didn't stay long at the company due to personal/family events, but I was really amazed with how the program is run and how much it really works. I have a Ph.D. in Sociology and Philosophy, so I loved how interested the company was in tangible results and change.

      They have a recruiting department at the company which has a different culture.

      I was pushed to be my best. The leadership cares and attention to detail helped me grow.

      It's weird, but some of the pros are also the cons. I left because sometimes the feedback was challenging. While uplifting at times it also felt like I would climb one mountain and there would be another. Now that I have worked for two other firms, I would like to go back to Pathways.
