Owner is good and supportive

Overtime work and salary is not up to industry standards

1) trasport and lunch available 2) you can access every departments and get knowledge 3) you can leave office at sharp 6 pm.

1) 15 min for breakfast and 30 for lunch that is only break in whole day. 2) if they want then you have to extend you time that may be next morning 3) every employee is Salve in there mind 4) sequrity guard of the company treat you just like you are prisoners 5) same rules for industrial workers and officers 6) every decision is taken by MD(OWNER) of company no another person cross questions of his word.
