I interviewed for a position and had several interviews. Very thorough in their interview. This is a facility with very few employees but tons of room for growth, especially if you are a hard worker. I felt relaxed and it was not stuffy. Honesty was given about expectations. This is a startup company so there are a lot of new moving parts every month. So, you must like change. Salary was a great start, good benefits, 401k. Great management in LaPorte. You can't fake knowing the job you are hired for here, because it is small, everyone has a role and expectation to fill. Everyone here is a good worker from upper management, production, and maintenance. It is laid back and not many people leave, if there is an opening, it is probably because someone was not meeting expectations for their role. Great HR. Couldn't say anything bad about the company or people at all. It is a brand-new building and will only be growing. Pros Laid back, people, competitive pay, beautiful facility, 200 credit at the end of the year for gym membership, good benefits (anthem, fidelity, PTO)
