This company, is a family run company, and will work with you. You can work your way up as long as you show initiative and care. I genuinely appreciate the family aspect of the business instead being another number like a corporate job.

I don’t have much to say on the negative side. It’s not a perfect company. But management is always actively working to fix issues within the company.

Some co-workers were great to work with. The work environment is pretty welcoming. The products that they produce are above average.

Management was very inconsistent. Some people were very irresponsible. The way that vendors were paid was very suspect. No employee handbook or job descriptions were made available
