New Department/New position - Recensione dipendente - Inside Sales Representative presso Patten Title

A lot of elements of this department are still not figured out. If you want to truly work hard and make commission, there is a lot of road blocks in the way. New position isn't really developed yet, and a lot of responsibility's have nothing to do with your actual job of selling. No one is really leading the ship in this department, and there is a lack or resources to fully develop a new department.
