Clown CEO & exec. team who're clueless about the ag industry and never miss a chance to brag about not having competitors. No CFO/grown up in the room = no idea where's that series B $$$ & what's the burn rate. Zero long term planning. Be prepared to put out constant fires due to incompetency by so-called VPs. Ethics and integrity are sorely lacking at the top level of management. No qualms to find and take advantage of loopholes. Use and toss culture, forget about equity, diversity or fairness - it's a nepotism club.
