I strongly advise not joining this company. They don’t value their employees and you won’t learn anything useful here. Salaries and full & final settlements are not processed on time, and increments are often delayed or skipped. If you join, it may seriously affect your career growth — you’ll only end up frustrated. It’s better to look for companies that respect employees and pay on time.
