Vantaggi

Comprehensive Benefits & wages Concern for the employees work/life balance - flexibility, Willing to work with employees - asking for opinions/suggestions and actually try to implement them where possible Supportive Staff and Management - can especially attest to this, the site I work at is very unique remote site, which means new processes/policies don't always directly correlate. Whenever I ask questions to staff at any level they are always quick to respond, and always willing to provide answers or help find a solution. Training Opportunities - both on the job training, as well as provide additional training seminars, and its own online training portal that offers training Career advancement opportunities (for some positions) Good Hours, Concern for employee well-being Constantly evolving and adapting to both workplace demands, and a growing business and sector Meaningful work - I always pictured myself I would continue to work in a Public Sector (Governement) job after graduation. Pattern made me realize that the Private Sector can be just as rewarding

Svantaggi

Career advancement opportunities (for some positions) - unfortunately in my position there is little room for advancement, but there is still room to move to new positions Still a relatively new company, in an emerging sector - meaning there is always kinks in processes

Vantaggi

Great peer level people and potential to grow in the renewable energy sector

Svantaggi

My experience did not match the company’s messaging around being “family-oriented” or “safety-first.” Communication from leadership was inconsistent, expectations shifted without clarity, and follow-through on development was limited. Managers were often placed into people-lead roles without enough training or support, which contributed to avoidable stress, confusion, and a culture where employees didn’t feel comfortable speaking up. Psychological safety was lacking—raising concerns or offering constructive feedback didn’t consistently feel welcomed, especially during performance conversations. In my view, the company loses strong talent because employee growth and healthy leadership practices are not prioritized, and decisions can feel more relationship-driven than transparent. If you’re looking for a workplace with strong communication, leader development, and a true speak-up culture, this may not be the right fit.
