Paid time is the only pro left.

Management lies and minimalizes. One sided accountability. Instead of fixing an issue they would rather one person absorb the hit to their metrics and be miserable. Unequal treatment. Low merit raises. High employee turnover. If you are not in the clique then you are disposable. Verbal abuse from customers. Stats that are inaccurate, but we are held to those metrics as the holy grail. Any PC issue they will blame on your home internet even if you have the same exact issues when working from the office. That's a big one.
