Owner is often busy when working but when he is not, he is out of the office which make it difficult if you have questions. All workers are contractors (1099). No health insurance, 401k, PTO hours, Salaries, or perks. For the first year, owner made it seem like a W2 full time position would be offered but I soon realized its just not a thing here. Something to keep me around hoping compensation would get better. A lot more engineering and random task work than actual design work. Project schedule and deadlines can be haphazard. Things tend to pop up out of no where with a quick deadline due to disorganization. If you need a job and some money, this is a great place to work temporarily until you find your real job.
