Vantaggi

- Matt is the most hard-working, inspiring, smart, and kind person I’ve ever been around professionally or academically. While his abilities to motivate and make everyone feel important are key strengths, perhaps his most honorable characteristic is his transparency. Whether an executive or entry level employee, there’s nothing at Pave that’s hidden. Transparency isn’t just a word thrown around here, it’s core to our culture, and it starts from the top. - The people at Pave are second to none. Everyone here is intelligent, , and fun to work with. If you want to learn and grow more than you ever have professionally (and have fun doing it) this is the place to be. - There is no limit to what this company can achieve. Career defining role for every single person who joins Pave. - Compensation is high

Svantaggi

- Everyone at Pave is smart and works hard. It’s very demanding and can come with long hours. There’s a high standard here and that can cause stress at moments.

Vantaggi

- colleagues were nice, talented people - product growth - good customer traction

Svantaggi

- lack of company direction and diversity, high turnover in leadership. for the past few years, leadership has been mostly men. we had a VP of engineering for half a year and there was no transparency around why he left. there seems to be a pattern of them promoting from within to fill spots - work life balance is not great. heavy workload on small teams. expectations to work off hours. pay might seem good initially, isnt great after considering amount of hours worked weekly - little to no opportunity for personal growth. had many manager changes. there was a career ladder in place although I never knew where I stood and feedback was limited. people seem to leave after 2/3 years due to this - negative culture. not a company that values feedback. there seems to be one way of doing things and people dont feel comfortable sharing opinions since they arent valued. definitely a "bro culture" - no hr team for over a year. not sure what happened but guessing they did not align with these points - retention issues. sensed low morale from engineering side
