Being employed full time is nice, but at PRS it comes at a cost. You will be over worked. You will be under paid. You will hate your boss. You will trauma bond with your fellow employees because it's the only way to survive. However, if you are related to anyone in power, you're golden. Nepotism reigns supreme here. Close second is favoritism. It also pays to be a white male at this company.

Working for the good Ole boys club under the new strong arm regime is rough. The previous CEO recently stepped down, he was great, however the new CEO has taken over and basically placed all of his crony friends in to positions of power. His first year in control and the business has done so bad they canceled the annual Christmas Party/Meeting, threatened no bonuses, now are requiring everyone to come back in to the office after working remotely from home since the pandemic and the real kicker... they just completed a pretty serious round of layoffs. Good job, Mr. President. Well done. There are plenty of people that should have been on the top of the list to go, yet they remain. They should have started with their extremely unlikeable and highly unethical HR Director.
