No recognition program. - Terrible benefits, we were told benefits would get an upgrade once our company was bought by Pavion and it got worse, most employees are on their spouses plan. Severance package is bad. - Moving too quickly and can't integrate new companies or existing clients - Heavy workloads with little training or support - No loyalty to senior employees with institutional knowledge, disposable like a razor.
