Great atmosphere and staff. Easy to succeed here as long as you apply yourself and know how to learn always and try to move up. Sales commission for entry level is between $100-$600 in any month depending on profit margins of sales, **not sales amounts.

Not much room for a normal life at home once you move up in ranks because you'll need to at least work 50 hours a week and that's the only way to get a real raise here. JUST IN THE LAST FEW YEARS Entry level pay is only OK at best, starting at around $12 per hour. This leads to short staff almost all the time now. I love this company so I hope they figure it out someday 🤷🏻‍♂️.

Learn a lot about everything, most people are fun and good, which makes work there fun.

No benefits, little pay, bosses think they know everything, this place is going down hill. You will be overworked and on call. Not worth it. Little to no room for growth. The managers they have are in place, and that probably wont change.
