At the beginning they make you feel as if you're part of a family and listen to your needs and outlooks on the job. A few weeks to months in, you're belittled and your opinions are not taken into consideration anymore with feeling of unsecurity and unstability in the job.

Leaders and management in total have little to no respect to employees whereas a vet or vet tech in not considered as practicing veterinary medicine but practicing advice giving and empathy to clients while this job can't ever be done by any other than a veterinary professional and not a councelor. Very toxic environment where everyone is not at ease and feels unsecure. Management is not transparent with it's employees and tricks them into working more while messing with their scores and rankings to avoid giving them their bonus that has unrealistic targets. They practice unfair pay between employees based on nationality and on unprofessional subjective standards. Overall, do NOT work there.
