Worked here for 18 months. It's the best place I've ever worked. They offer you endless support. And listen, praise and give you constant development opportunities that only focus on your professional and personal development. No one is ever too busy to help you, give advice and support. There are so many people with multitudes of knowledge and skills. I started here with no experience, that didn't matter. In less than a year I was dealing with complex accounts and still supported in every aspect to further develop me and my expertise. The new-ish management team have turned the place around and work tirelessly to make the people on floor feel empowered, and it's not with an alterior motive. They have a real focus on making the people on the floor happy. Another amazing thing you rarely find in other companies is you are included in every decision the business makes. And nothing is kept hidden from you. You are included in everything. Its honest and open. The focus on wellbeing is a very big thing at Pay Check. If you want a work life balance this is the place to work. There is something very special about Pay Check. You feel like a family on the same journey to success.
