The people were incredible. Funniest and funnest group I have worked with. Perks were great. Office was nice. Pay was great at first. "Pay" is in the name after all.

Toxic leadership with no accountability. My manager said he "was protected" because of seniority and forced my co-worked off the team, someone with whom I worked closely. I did the work of two people after they fired this associate and I was rewarded with a 3% raise in the next annual. I asked for 12%, citing concrete examples of the way I picked up initiatives while maintaining a huge suite of responsibilities. They also fired an offshore team of about 7 folks and I was tasked with their project(s) as well. I excelled. No one could contest I did not perform. They denied my request, saying it "wasn't in the budget." They then announced their acquisition of another company a few months later. It's sad more than anything. I would have loved to stay but after being burned again and again, and nothing being done about my manager who bullied his team, I left just shy of two years.
