Promotion system is based on politics. Not on work, merit, leadership or productivity. Higher management keeps feeding the middle management stacks, as well as their own. The Director/Manager-to-Engineer ratio has to be among the highest in the industry.

Been a horrible last 3 years. Non-stop re-offs, new leadership that cut everyone and brought in new people who don’t know anything. No clear priorities, no leadership.
