- No experience or degree required - Amazing benefits - tuition reimbursement, paternity leave are the big ones - Looks good on a resume

- Inconsistent and unpredictable company changes - Extremely low chance of career growth, if you can break out of the call center than you will find great success in a growing company with lots of opportunity - There is a negative stigma around call center employees especially at the Baltimore location; I've heard it referred to as "the projects" I can't help but think there's a racial aspect to it considering the ratio of black people in the call center in HV versus the corporate office in Timonium

Been a horrible last 3 years. Non-stop re-offs, new leadership that cut everyone and brought in new people who don’t know anything. No clear priorities, no leadership.
