Worst company ever - Recensione dipendente - Risk Appeal Executive presso PayPal

The senior management in bangalore RnP team is the worst ever. Have hired cheap TLs from low standard companies with no good experience. They don't know how to lead team n Promotion is based on buttering and touching manager's feet. Good performance donot matter. Favorite employees are breaking rules but higher management saving them. Two high level managers are having love affair and treating good performance employees whom they dont like unfairly. CTC they assure u to be high but inhand it is too too less. Miss my previous company
