I loved working for them and only left due to issues with a certain supervisor. In my almost 6yrs with them I was in 3 different departments & received even training for a 4th at some point. They do 10hrs shift which, which you don't feel so much during your shift, however it leaves you with 3 days of weekend which is great. You have 1hr break [30min paid lunch & 15min in the morning & in the afternoon that are unpaid each] They make sure you receive a proper training so you should make sure you learn it as you do need it later on during your work. Salary & Benefits are good. If you have a problem they try to help you as best as they can, within their means.

flexibility of hours sometimes depends on the supervisor you have. I had one that allowed me to start at 5am so that i could beat the traffic as I was living quite a drive away, but my last supervisor wouldn't allow me to start at least at 6 even though this was back office, which increased my traveling times at some point to 3hrs one trip instead of 1.5hrs
