- The people supposed to evaluate YOU and YOUR performance are the ones who do not usually have product knowledge and therefore do not understand what you're dealing with. - Almost same as above, the people supposed to evaluate YOUR performance and YOUR eBay behaviours are often the one who take personal phone calls at their desk or watch rugby matches while you're working. - Promotion? Career moves? You better know someone. - Hard worker? doesn't pay back. It's all about showing, not about actually DOING. - Lack of communication - Obsolete tools, bugs that never get fixed. In the meantime, you are evaluated as if the system ran smoothly.
