President of the company is a very real and genuine person. Leadership is aligned and driving toward a common goal. Goals and expectations are high, but the tools to achieve them are provided. The company hires positive people with forward looking outlooks, so the environment across all teams is generally very positive. Creating and maintaining a very positive customer experience is a huge focus and a priority for the company, which is great. Processes and systems are pretty dialed. On the sales team specifically, former sales director created a coaching platform based on skill development that is still alive today and encourages team and individual improvement. Sales team culture is important and it is good.

Centralized functions with EverCommerce create gaps in terms of company continuity. People ops/HR is a centralized function, so they give resources and ideas via blanket emails, but do not proactively partner with or actually help with anything that new leaders need to be successful.
