New culture is very bad. It's similar to a bank or a NBFC culture, where management is rude, their is lot of pressure and labour work involved in day to day work and chaos. Business is not profitable and growing and people who are there for a long time are the worst sufferers. Salary and Package is far below the industry standard due to which there is high attrition. Techies are reporting to sales heads and that's a big problem because Sales people don't understand techology and related challenges... It's a company stuck in its past glory and is not really growing in any sphere. The top management including the CEO and Business head don't give a damn about culture and employees, they just want people to slog and generate numbers at any cost...
