No management Highly disorganized No respect towards their employees Treat emp like trash Does not sponsor emp for traveling to conferences however demands 50% of their income

Lots of Pro's. considering the working hours, we can work whenever we want but our objective is to complete the works within assigned timeline. there is no 9-5 timeline and monitoring. employees are open to do R&D on any domains as that doesnt distubs productivity and project delivery. there is no micro management.

there is no cons in my experience.
