This sentiment is widely shared among the 80+ representatives. • In my 15 years in sales, I have never experienced such a negative workplace culture. I am relieved to have moved on, and there are far better sales opportunities elsewhere. • The “unlimited PTO” policy exists in name only—employees are discouraged from taking time off. • Success is heavily dependent on territory assignments. Reps with favorable territories receive steady inbound leads, while those without are left to cold call almost exclusively, often closing only 0 or 1–2 deals a month despite significant effort.
