Great Training, nice office, decent pay although I heard it is not as good as competitors

Management treats people awful, many people complained and no one did anything about it. Three of the tops reps left the company. Micro-manager treats reps like a child. When you want to take a vacation, get ready for a guilt trip or for your sales leads to go to someone else. Billing errors constantly, price goes up and down and they can never seem to fix the problem, which falls back on the rep, it's a turn and burn job, always hunting for new business no residual income

People and the overall environment is a positive one. If you do your part, definite long term career potential. It’s not easy- but stable, growing. Worth serious consideration for early career looking for sales experience with a great training program. Also good for mid-career consideration if base salary isn’t the primary reason you are in sales.

Svantaggi

Very fast pace that doesn’t suit everyone. If you are looking for easy or just a job to “hang out”, this probably isn’t the right spot for you.

Literally just being able to work fully remote, but not much else

Pay is ridiculously low for the expected effort and tasks needed to handle client sales and after sales nurturement. About 1/3 of sales team ever hits the monthly quota. You get 13% commissions of deal size which typical deal size is anywhere from $700-$1500, 13% of that is less than $200 gross for huge amount of work load per deal for the client to just end up canceling and commissions gets clawed back.
