      nice people, free coffee, great health benefits and time off. Supervisors are great with work/life balance.

      low pay for the workload. It feels like the weight of Paychex is on your shoulders and you're making money below the poverty line. products and online tools are pushed out the door when they're not even good products in the first place. Paychex Next Generation is a joke and rivals a website made in 2007. They preach the message that we put our clients first, but it's so obvious that senior management just wants to please Wall Street.

      Paychex is a great company to work for. I’ve held multiple roles over 20+ years. There are always ups and downs, but for every position, manager, decision I disagree with, there are ten others that are outstanding.

      It’s a large company with many opportunities to grow, but smaller companies may offer higher compensation.

      People and the overall environment is a positive one. If you do your part, definite long term career potential. It’s not easy- but stable, growing. Worth serious consideration for early career looking for sales experience with a great training program. Also good for mid-career consideration if base salary isn’t the primary reason you are in sales.

      Very fast pace that doesn’t suit everyone. If you are looking for easy or just a job to “hang out”, this probably isn’t the right spot for you.
