Low Pay and keep employee's YTD bonus when you leave before fiscal year ends. Overworked and underpaid employees. High turnover. New leaders always fire entire team and hire new people. Huge division between tenured and new employees. Also, great division between departments. Employees are ruthless and mean to each other. Not diverse at all. Little to no women in leadership. Even less people of color in leadership. You feel like you stepped into the 50s.
