- inexperienced and untrained management - payroll sales are majorly down and it’s impacting all divisions - operations is a mess - upper level not listening to the people on the ground - constantly changing submission process - training is bare minimum - below market salary - confusing compensation plans - territories are completely uneven and management plays favorites, if you come into a bad territory, its an uphill battle - most of the top reps left to go to competitors
