Please, do yourself a favor and DO NOT WORK HERE. The reviews are true. Believe them. And in case you haven’t read or heard of them, this company is the most unstable company I’ve ever worked for. They do a good job at marketing themselves and paying for “Best Place to Work” awards year after year, but do not fall for it. I’m not even a bitter employee, I left on my own accord. But you are just a number here. They will fire and lay you off with little dignity and much disrespect, nothing you did or didn’t do could change the outcome. Most people who are still there are simply blindly lucky they haven’t been laid off/fired. Chad Richardson is such an insufferable CEO, who expects people to sell their soul to the green devil. You will not have any work/life balance, despite what they may preach to you. If your job can be replaced with AI, you will be dropped at the drop of a hat with no second thoughts. I could go on and on.
Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

Over the past couple of years, career growth has felt extremely limited. Promotions and meaningful raises have become increasingly rare, and many employees believe these decisions are being driven from the very top. Layoffs and terminations have also become common, creating a constant sense of uncertainty.
High performers often take on high-visibility projects with aggressive timelines and limited support. The expectations are unrealistic, and even successful delivery doesn’t usually lead to recognition or advancement. Leadership tends to make decisions very late, creating unnecessary urgency and forcing teams into last-minute scrambles.
Benefits have declined, opportunities for advancement have become scarce, and overall morale has suffered significantly. There are talented people here and it can be a good place to gain experience, but I would view it primarily as a stepping stone rather than a long-term destination.
