Vantaggi

They do their best to make their employees happy. They work very hard at maintaining a fun and friendly atmosphere, since they know you have a lot on your plate. They manage employee stress levels very well. Lots of nice gifts.

Svantaggi

It can come off a little too much for a more reserved person. Very Christian atmosphere which can be exhausting for non-Christians. It feels like a high school, drama included. Work life balance suffers and most people seem weirdly okay with it. Sales is disconnected from the rest of the company in ways that are often extremely troublesome - I think that's probably par for the course, though.

Working at Paycom isn’t for everyone and does require added effort, but this is what a company with high growth looks like. During certain times our employees do work overtime, but those that do put in the effort, reap the rewards and added compensation. As you mentioned, we do everything we can to ensure stress levels are not a concern with our employees. Please reach out to a member of HR regarding your training department comment, which we will also pass up along to members of our senior leadership team. Thank you for all of your hard work at Paycom!

Vantaggi

* Fast learning and professional skill growth. * Great people and strong teams. * Recognized name in the OKC community. * Valuable experience that strengthens future career opportunities, especially in Tech.

Svantaggi

Over the past couple of years, career growth has felt extremely limited. Promotions and meaningful raises have become increasingly rare, and many employees believe these decisions are being driven from the very top. Layoffs and terminations have also become common, creating a constant sense of uncertainty. High performers often take on high-visibility projects with aggressive timelines and limited support. The expectations are unrealistic, and even successful delivery doesn’t usually lead to recognition or advancement. Leadership tends to make decisions very late, creating unnecessary urgency and forcing teams into last-minute scrambles. Benefits have declined, opportunities for advancement have become scarce, and overall morale has suffered significantly. There are talented people here and it can be a good place to gain experience, but I would view it primarily as a stepping stone rather than a long-term destination.
