This place will ruin your career! They have no idea what they are doing, trying new (ineffective) things everyday, and making it up as they go while appearing to sound organized. Even worse, they're senior leadership is absolutely clueless about the industry and chooses to hide behind CRM instead of actually working and listening with the people who know what they are doing. It's not their fault, there is no senior level sales industry experience outside of this company and it appears that is what they prefer so they can stay in control of their irresponsible and often erratic decisions. They will constantly preach about a culture that they can't even manage at the most senior level. Feedback is not welcome! You will get run over by CRM micro-management and led by absentee management. Unless you live/work where they are headquartered, nobody knows who you are or cares to listen to anything you have to say - counter productive. Implementations will blow up half of the time, which is too bad. This team works tirelessly to save accounts but are significantly understaffed. They are GREAT people and deserve more recognition for the work they do. The only way to come out of their dark hole is to start over with new senior level sales management who actually knows what they are doing (including forecasting) - and not just by title. Or they can continue to hire everyone under them with no industry experience in order to maintain control of their decisions, preventing any judgement or possible feedback.
