      The team is highly talented across the board. At large, the team shows great work ethic, humbleness, and, more importantly, a straightforward and pragmatic approach toward work and relationships. Even though we have offices in 8 countries and 2 continents, the organisation manages team dynamics and synergies quite well. The team is very driven and motivated to achieve great things. Managers across the board are very supportive. Great perks as well - travel allowance, health benefits, working from different offices, home office, massages, team buildings, the whole shebang.

      On a personal level, being part of the team so early on made me very invested in Payhawk, which has a mark on my work-life balance. However, that's a personal choice.
