There used to be many. By the time I left all of the pros had been phased out. The only pro was allowing some people to stay remote- but if you wanted to advance in your career you would be forced back in office.

Low pay. Micromanaging. Hiring leadership from outside Paylocity and even outside of the industry. Major and extreme departmental changes rapidly. Change is a part of business but in six months my role became unrecognizable. I was there for five years and had planned to be there for much longer. This last year was terrible. Low communication from all leadership. Higher and higher expectations of employees with no bonuses or pay raises to accommodate. My regional director was forcing people out and speaking badly about employees regularly.

Transparency work/life balance??? Maybe at times, but not during year end. March on my brave soldiers Good Environment Good coworkers

Transparency - it only goes one way work/life balance - how are you to have one when the downsize a team you are on to a point where you end up being the only one on the team because everyone else quits. GOD Forbid you have any type of health conditions or even if you get injured in a car accident on your way to work..what you need PT? sorry, you don't have enough sick time or vacation accrued - and you've missed so much time, we're gonna have to let you go. Accountability???? - NON-EXISTENT - company policy, if some one makes a mistake, is that person held accountable and fix their mistakes??? NOPE - you took the call you own it. We love letting everyone off the hook so they can continue these behaviors to the point your quality talent leaves.
