I worked in customer support, which is usually a major drag. However, there was a lot to know (a major plus in my case), excellent community, and the building was cool. What really seals the deal was that we are ALL working towards the same goal - improvement of our product, improvement of our services, and improvement of ourselves.

I have exactly two issues with it: 1) Customer support is 24/7, including holidays. While the pay bonus was awesome, sometimes you just don't want to wake up at 7am Saturday morning to work 8 hours :) (shifts are exchangeable easily with agreement by both parties) 2) There is very little contact of Customer Support with the other departments.
