      I can only think about the benefits and the camaraderie between coworkers.

      Low salary compared to other fintech companies. Incompetent management, uncapable of run and motivate a team and answer the team's concerns. Constant outsourcing of manpower with the consequent lost of quality. Low chances of growth due to constant re-organizations and mass layoffs.
