An underwhelming and inefficient management in Ireland with little to no internal policies to support or protect employees nor a desire to do so. This allows management free rein to bring in new rules without any consultation, consideration or come back. Unpleasant office environment with an enforced office attendance for junior staff members while senior management enjoy the flexibility to work abroad or 100% remotely. Next to no beneficial training provided by the company, you’re expected to train yourself. Be well versed in Middle East politics as it’s imbedded in the culture and not in a positive way. Overall this is not a place you would want to work long term hence the extremely high staff turnover in Dublin.
